{"id":72110,"date":"2022-10-04T13:19:16","date_gmt":"2022-10-04T11:19:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elisvillamartin.com\/?p=69776"},"modified":"2024-04-23T14:48:36","modified_gmt":"2024-04-23T12:48:36","slug":"maravilloso-global-be-well-day-2022","status":"publish","type":"school_news","link":"https:\/\/elisvillamartin.com\/es\/noticias-escolares\/maravilloso-global-be-well-day-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00a1Un maravilloso Global We Well Day 2022!"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Los estudiantes de ELIS Villamart\u00edn se unieron el pasado viernes a m\u00e1s de 65.000 estudiantes y 15.000 profesionales de Cognita de todo el mundo para centrarse en la importancia del bienestar en la educaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nuestro colegio celebr\u00f3 una jornada totalmente diferente, fuera del curr\u00edculo habitual, con motivo del Global Be Well Day, un evento mundial liderado por Cognita, la familia de m\u00e1s de 90 colegios de la que ELIS Villamart\u00edn es miembro.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNuestro colegio se enfoca en el bienestar durante todo el a\u00f1o, pero al unirnos con comunidades escolares en 14 pa\u00edses diferentes alrededor del mundo en este d\u00eda de septiembre, celebramos nuestro compromiso colectivo con el bienestar. El tema principal en el que nos hemos centrado en esta edici\u00f3n, los beneficios de seguir una alimentaci\u00f3n saludable desde el criterio de la sostenibilidad, refleja la pasi\u00f3n de nuestros estudiantes por implementar cambios para nuestro futuro, algo de lo que estamos inmensamente orgullosos. El d\u00eda es un recordatorio anual de la prioridad que todos le damos al\u00a0<strong>bienestar<\/strong>, que creemos que es la base genuina de la educaci\u00f3n\u201d, dijo nuestro Director, Simon Roberts.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ahora en su cuarto a\u00f1o, el Global Be Well Day estuvo lleno de actividades y eventos basados \u200b\u200ben el\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cognita.com\/cognita-be-well\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Esquema Be Well<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>de Cognita. Si bien el tema de los recursos empleados este a\u00f1o se centra en uno de los contribuyentes f\u00edsicos al bienestar, la dieta, nuestra comunidad escolar de estudiantes, padres y empleados adopt\u00f3 un enfoque que abarcaba todos los contribuyentes f\u00edsicos y mentales del bienestar del Cognita Be Well Charter.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nuestros alumnos disfrutaron de un abanico muy amplio de actividades centradas en c\u00f3mo una dieta sostenible beneficia no solo a nuestra salud y bienestar sino tambi\u00e9n al mundo en el que vivimos: talleres sobre el uso de frutas y verduras en la cocina de otros pa\u00edses, c\u00f3mo preparar un almuerzo saludable o el uso de las frutas y vegetales en el arte, fueron solo algunas de las actividades que realizaron nuestros alumnos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Por supuesto, tambi\u00e9n hubo tiempo para otras actividades que mejoran nuestro bienestar f\u00edsico como el yoga, pilates, zumba, tapata, mindfulness o baile.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Ya estamos todos ansiosos por celebrar el pr\u00f3ximo D\u00eda Mundial del Bienestar en septiembre de 2023![\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Students at ELIS Villamart\u00edn joined over 65,000 students and 15,000 Cognita professionals around the world last Friday to focus on the importance of wellbeing in education.
